I was kept informed as to the progress of the car. When it reached the sales room an early appointment was made and all paper work was completed and explained fully.

Michaela is excellent she is patient, and she needed plenty of that, she is knowledgeable and was able to help me every step of the way. Her customer service is excellent and made me feel a valued and special, especially when I collected my new car!

from the first contact (without an appt) to the eventual sale i was not pressured. i knew what i was interested in and this was respected by the staff. the sales executive EMMA GATFIELD was excellent. Customer care was exemplary.

Emma Gatfield was the best sale person I have ever encountered. Lovely person and not pushy at all. Loved dealing with her and fabulous customer service. I usually hate car shopping but had the best experience with Emma.

Helpful in the day we first went to look, quick delivery once we decided. Polite staff. Clean and welcoming show room, always offered drinks. On collection, we were shown most of the basic technology to get us started.

Sytner Worcester (and Previously Rybrook) have always been excellent whilst servicing my car and providing maintenance. Even if there has been an issue with the work, it has been resolved well, and quickly.

I have been a customer since 2019 previously found some of the staff quite stereotypical in their approach to female drivers. i was heartened that Emma's approach and the service team since 2023 was completely different. Service received first class

Thomas referred my case to Goodwill who confirmed that they would sort out for me. He organised a courtesy car & said it would take a couple of weeks to sort. After Goodwill agreed, it took just a week to sort.

No reminder that my car needed a service so it was overdue. I had been used to regular communication from Rybrook which is now lacking. No complaints about the service itself or communication from Tom when I was there

My car was serviced by an independent garage last year, but the onboard computer wasn't updated. Sytner wouldn't update it, even when I presented the paperwork, making it pointless to have the computer!

I feel very welcomed when I approach Thomas, either over the phone or in person. He has offered good advice on every occasion. I witnessed his interaction with other customers during my last visit and he had built up a lovely rapport with everyone.

Video check was unavailable and I was told this could not be sent on to me when the system was fixed.. disappointing as it's good to see what is actually wrong especially?when I had to have 3 new tyres and new front brake pads.
