Michaela gave the best handover for my new mini. She looked after me so well knowing I wasn't feeling my best. Customer service top notch!! It was a swift and enjoyable experience but that was down to Michaela being a natural lovely girll!

Friendly staff, great showroom, smooth handover. The Mini agency model should be explained upfront at the time of initial order, to ensure customer understands payment timing as this is different to legacy car purchases and may jeopardise handover.

Mini servicing is very expensive. Also, brake fluid and oil service being two months apart mean either two visits or doing one early. This also happened before and makes little sense.
