Easy buying experience

Thomas made it so easy explained everything in detail and answered all my questions.I was able to test drive my all4 and was impressed how well it handled. The delivery was a charm my iPhone was set up and down loaded on my phone

Very prompt phone call and also e mail keeping me up to date with the servicing of my car . The young man i dealt with found me a really good deal on all four tyres that had to be replaced ,saving me £100 on the original quote . Thank you Stuart .

From a dealership point of view, Worcester have always been excellent at customer service. There have been a couple of occasions over the past 12 years as a customer where things have been less than ideal, but the way it was dealt with was excellent.

Would have given 5 stars but twice when I went into showroom no one acknowledged me when the service advisor I had been dealing with wasn't present although there were other staff who could have done this. However Stuart my advisor was excellent.

Whilst the service and repair works were carried out well and I was kept informed throughout, the return of my car was slightly let down by the cleaning service. Eg mats were not even lifted when vacuuming. This was disappointing to observe.
