Thomas referred my case to Goodwill who confirmed that they would sort out for me. He organised a courtesy car & said it would take a couple of weeks to sort. After Goodwill agreed, it took just a week to sort.

I had a brilliant experience at Sytner Worcester, Euan and the team provided an excellent service to ensure that I was happy with my new MINI purchase and that I left the MINI centre happy but with knowledge that they were there for any questions

No reminder that my car needed a service so it was overdue. I had been used to regular communication from Rybrook which is now lacking. No complaints about the service itself or communication from Tom when I was there

I did tick for a free valet when part was being replaced but it was not done.

My car was serviced by an independent garage last year, but the onboard computer wasn't updated. Sytner wouldn't update it, even when I presented the paperwork, making it pointless to have the computer!

I feel very welcomed when I approach Thomas, either over the phone or in person. He has offered good advice on every occasion. I witnessed his interaction with other customers during my last visit and he had built up a lovely rapport with everyone.

Video check was unavailable and I was told this could not be sent on to me when the system was fixed.. disappointing as it's good to see what is actually wrong especially?when I had to have 3 new tyres and new front brake pads.

My only reservation is not with the Worcester branch BUT the impossibility or talking directly to the Service Dept. At Worcester when making my telephone contact. I don't know where my initial call (on the Worcester number ) was routed? Unsettling.

Just a shame they missed of fixing the little light that is over the rear number plate. I accidentally pushed this in whilst trying to open the boot. Which they fixed.

Very prompt phone call and also e mail keeping me up to date with the servicing of my car . The young man i dealt with found me a really good deal on all four tyres that had to be replaced ,saving me £100 on the original quote . Thank you Stuart .

From a dealership point of view, Worcester have always been excellent at customer service. There have been a couple of occasions over the past 12 years as a customer where things have been less than ideal, but the way it was dealt with was excellent.

Helpful in the day we first went to look, quick delivery once we decided. Polite staff. Clean and welcoming show room, always offered drinks. On collection, we were shown most of the basic technology to get us started.
