Very professional service from the service reception team - Tom was my principal point of contact. Inspection revealed a dangerous rear tyre due to wear with exposed cord. Tom was able to secure a replacement tyre at short notice.

I delivered the car the previous night and when I came to collect it at 4.30 the following day, it wasn't ready. The staff did apologise however, it was an easy first service. I asked for tyres pressures to be checked, I'm unsure if it was done.

Spent half an hour trying to balance the new tyres when we got home as the sensors didn't like the huge difference between the front and back, new tyres were inflated well beyond what it says on the car.

Failed to resolve the issue of intermittent overrevving gear changes which lead to excessive petrol consumption. Recent journey of 120 miles showed 51mpg outward but only 44mpg when overrevving on return. This is not acceptable.

I found it odd that you cannot actually speak to anyone when you call. I was left a message that I could not reply to as there didn't seem to be anyway to get through tona person. If this is not the case it isn't clear how to select a human!

Dissatisfaction with service. Brought car in with knocking noise. Had to endure a diagnostic with exhorbitant cost. Indicated possibility of diff/transfer box with a repair cost of £3.3k. Took the car to garage who found it was loose wheel nut
