Service was good and vehicle was handled well. However the message received for the appointment had the wrong arrival time of 8.00 when the service centre opens at 8.30 and the appointment was actually for 9.30

Friendly, helpful staff, inc the Sales Manager. She came out of her office, parked my car and offered coffee while we waited to see the Sales Executive. The SE was very busy that day but she has been great throughout the whole process.
