The interaction with all staff at the centre was excellent and 5 *. Mini themselves had an issue rectifying a software/computer problem which delayed the availability of our car.

Sales staff at Worcester Mini were great, my appreciation and thanks go to Michaela and Jolie. The only downside to the whole experience was the drive away insurance, a total nightmare. Suspect financial security rules were also breached.

Friendly, helpful staff, inc the Sales Manager. She came out of her office, parked my car and offered coffee while we waited to see the Sales Executive. The SE was very busy that day but she has been great throughout the whole process.

The Centre was very good, but I had difficulty parking and could not park in the Centre and had to park on the pavement on a side road. The Service Advisor, Thomas Kelly was very helpful, he was very busy, but took time to explain everything

Tom was exceptional and kept me up to date. I was not happy that the following day whilst driving I had red warning lights come up for what it had been to mini for. The computer was not reset making me have to take an extra trip to mini for this.

Had an unusual problem with a a very slow tyre deflation which led me to think the valve was faulty. The centre respected my concern, investigated and resolved the issue with little inconvenience to me.

Unable to speak to a human when booking the car in, ChatBot or WhatsApp options that both failed. Ironically, Sales answered straightaway. Had to prompt the service advisor that it needed MoT AND service, even though key was read on desk at check-in.

I needed a service including oil change, booking was easy on line and process fairly smooth When I arrived the level of service and time taken by staff felt impersonal although the member of staff who saw me at the end was more enthusiastic.

I had booked for an oil change service as my cars computer was telling me. On arrival at 9am I was told it was a full service and I would have to wait till up to 2pm for them to do it. The girl was very pushy and I felt intimidated by her.

I wasn't informed that my vehicle was ready to collect. I called in around 16:30 anyway and it was ready. If I was at home I couldn't have got there for 17:00 and therefore kept loan car for a further 24 hours.
