I advised that the battery low message kept appearing. I was told Motability weren't good on batteries. They said given my mileage, I needed to drive for two hours once a week to keep it charged. Petrol is expensive. I've been charging at home.

Peter, who works in the service department, has booked my car in and looked after me on each of my 3 visits to the Worcester dealership. He was very friendly and helpful.

No update on service provided, no one answered the phone or my WhatsApp messages asking for an update. Arrived to collect my car, and 8 hours after dropping it off the service hadn't been started. Sat another 90 mins waiting.

Staff were friendly and helpful just didn't see my request of needing it done early as I was staying and waiting good thing was plenty of drinks and was kept updated throughout morning. Mot advisory was also incorrect.

Took my car in on Thursday, following delays in getting the part, I was guaranteed it back for Monday, as I needed it for work on Tuesday. At 4 pm on Monday the work hadn't been started and wouldn't that day and I'd have to collect Tuesday.

Very professional service from the service reception team - Tom was my principal point of contact. Inspection revealed a dangerous rear tyre due to wear with exposed cord. Tom was able to secure a replacement tyre at short notice.

The service from the team at Sytner was exemplary throughout. I was kept informed for the duration of my mini repair and was never left without a lovely mini to drive. The fact that the mini warranty covered the required work, was an immense relief.

The drop off with Thomas? We'd pre booked a Major service for our diesel Clubman. We were repeatedly told 'I don't know why you're having this service' without any explanation. The car was due a Major service so it was very confusing. Cont'd below

I delivered the car the previous night and when I came to collect it at 4.30 the following day, it wasn't ready. The staff did apologise however, it was an easy first service. I asked for tyres pressures to be checked, I'm unsure if it was done.

Lovely helpful staff. Only issue, I was told to bring car in at 9:30 then I got a call at 8:30 asking where I was. Seems the time I was given over the phone was different to what was actually booked. Not a major problem for me though.

Spent half an hour trying to balance the new tyres when we got home as the sensors didn't like the huge difference between the front and back, new tyres were inflated well beyond what it says on the car.

Failed to resolve the issue of intermittent overrevving gear changes which lead to excessive petrol consumption. Recent journey of 120 miles showed 51mpg outward but only 44mpg when overrevving on return. This is not acceptable.
