My 6th mini from Rybrook, I'd never go anywhere else, such excellent service. Very friendly staff who are not at all pushy for a sale which is refreshing.

Friendly staff, great showroom, smooth handover. The Mini agency model should be explained upfront at the time of initial order, to ensure customer understands payment timing as this is different to legacy car purchases and may jeopardise handover.

Sytner Mini Worcester were great and my advisor Emma Gatfield was super helpful and friendly, answering any queries promptly and efficiently. The delivery of my new car was six weeks sooner than originally quoted, which was a pleasant surprise!

I would have given a Five star rating for my experience but am dissatisfied. Having initially bought a replacement key a replacement control unit with 2 keys was required. I was neither reimbursed for that initial key nor provided with it £341 gone.

Michaela gave the best handover for my new mini. She looked after me so well knowing I wasn't feeling my best. Customer service top notch!! It was a swift and enjoyable experience but that was down to Michaela being a natural lovely girll!
